Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin
  • 8 oz Noodles
  • 1/3 cup Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tender bites.
  • Mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and chop the green onions for garnishing.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Stir until well blended and set aside.

Cook the Beef:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to get started.
  • Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Everything:

  • In the same skillet, add sesame oil and the prepared sauce.
  • Toss in the cooked noodles and beef. Toss the ingredients together, stirring well to evenly coat everything in the flavorful sauce.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Top the dish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Sweet Chilli Beef Noodles.
